The aim of the paper is to study the features of modern English neologisms and their translation into Russian.
To reach the aim, the following tasks are set:
1. to give a concept and define semantic groups of neologisms in the modern English language.
2. consider the features and difficulties of translating neologisms from English into Russian
3. conduct a practical study of neologisms in English.
The new scientific research defines the tasks, the focus of research on the ability to scientifically disseminate basic methodological research and information processing, taking into account not only linguistic, but also cultural factors that form the areas of neological content in English, as well as translation problems.
The theoretical value of the research consists in the further development of the theory of neologisms as one of the topics of the theory of nomination of the methodological platform of language and culture as a whole, within which it is necessary to develop methods for studying the units, lexical composition of the language, which are reproduced as a sign of the» language « of culture and participate in the transfer of the mentality of the people of the native language, as well as their translation problems.
