Research subject – the approaches of creating new competitive general strategy for a new market environment with rapid economic and technological development.
Research goal – to analyze the shortcomings of the original competitive strategy that helped Sady Pridonya grow before the crisis, compare the advantages of the new competitive strategy that made Sady Pridonya remain successful and grow more during the crisis, and summarize the reasons for Sady Pridonya’s success.
Research objectives:
–    To identify the importance of the problem, describe its roots and provide valuable data
–    To estimate the immediacy of the problem 
–    To set the goal and its boundary connections
–    To specify the criteria for the further estimation of decision alternatives
–    To analyze the existing system and find the core cause of the problem
–    To build a set of alternatives for problem solving
–    To choose the solution from the built set of alternatives and validate it
Research structure. The work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, and a bibliographic list.
