The aim of this study is to identify the main priorities of trade and economic cooperation between the EAEU and China at the moment and find out how the vector cooperation development may be changed by latest changes on the political and economic arena.
In order to reach that aim, the following tasks were implemented:
— determine China’s economy features, namely, assess how foreign trade is important for China in the matter of developing its economy;
—    analyze China's foreign policy priorities in the post-Soviet area and determine the historical reasons for the emergence of China's cooperation with the countries of the Eurasian economic union;
— the interests of the parties to deepen economic cooperation and consider the current state of relations between the EAEU countries and China;
—    analyze the current state of trade and economic cooperation between the parties;
—    assess the prospects of integration of the EAEU and the SREB;
—    determine external and internal factors that may become obstacles for a fast successful development of cooperation.
